Your claim has been received and is under review by our technical team. If approved, you will receive an email with a secure payment link for the collection fee. Once payment is confirmed, we will begin the collection process.
Please note that the collection fee is separate from any repair costs. If your product is out of warranty and requires repair, a quote will be issued after assessment and must be approved before any work begins.
