How to use:
- Add one bottle lid cap of the liquid solution to the Clean Water Tank (CWT).
- Fill the clean water tank with tap water to the "Max" line indicated on the tank, this process will dilute the solution.

Some animals, like cats, may not be fond of lavender or its scent. However, the potential harm from lavender essential oils depends on the concentration used in a product. A strict TRA toxicology evaluation was conducted on the Tineco Cleaning Solution, and the results deemed it harmless.
The International Fragrance Association (IFRA) also assessed the amount of lavender added to the solution. They concluded that it meets their safety standards. Additionally, since the solution is diluted with water during use—one cup of cleaning solution per water tank refill—the concentration of lavender becomes even lower.
Therefore, when discussing potential risks or toxicity for pets, the concentration of lavender in the Tineco Cleaning Solution must be considered. Based on the strict evaluations, the amount of lavender in the solution is safe for both pets and humans.
